E-commerce reconciliation, accounting and tax for online sellers

Selling online is a complete business, and its finances need complete care. We reconcile every marketplace payout to your orders, keep your books, handle your GST and income tax, and send you a clear report of what you actually earned.

What we do

One firm for the whole money side of selling online

From the first order to the money in your bank and the tax return at year end, every step is handled by our Chartered Accountants, so your reports, books and returns all agree.

Payment reconciliation

Every settlement matched to its order and SKU, and every payout matched to your bank. Short payments, wrong charges and pending orders are listed.

Claims and recovery

We help raise claims with each marketplace for amounts that are short or missing, and track each one until it is settled or closed.

Accounting

Marketplace sales, returns, charges and payouts recorded correctly in your books every month, ready for audit.

GST

Sales tied to your GST returns month by month, and the GST TCS collected by marketplaces matched and claimed on time.

Income tax and TDS

Income-tax TDS deducted by marketplaces matched with your tax credit statement and claimed in your return.

Profit and MIS reports

Realisation, returns and charges by month, SKU and marketplace, so you can see which products and portals actually make money.

The problem

Why marketplace payouts rarely match your sales

Each marketplace deducts commissions, fees, shipping and returns before it pays you, and its reports are built for its own systems, not your books. Small errors repeat across thousands of orders.

Short settlements

Orders that were delivered but paid at less than the agreed amount, or not paid at all.

Commission and fee errors

Commission, fixed fees and collection charges deducted at the wrong rate or for the wrong category.

Returns not credited

Customer returns and RTO shipments where the product came back but the credit or the stock did not.

Shipping weight overcharges

Shipping fees charged on a higher weight slab than the package actually weighed.

TCS and TDS credits

GST TCS collected and income-tax TDS deducted by marketplaces, which need to be matched with what appears on the GST and income-tax portals.

Missed claim windows

Most marketplaces set time limits for raising claims. Issues found months later are often too late to recover.

How it works

From portal reports to money in the bank

  1. Share your reports

Settlement, order, return and GST reports from each seller panel, and your bank statement. We tell you exactly which ones to download.

  2. We match every order

Our in-house tool reconciles each settlement to its order and SKU, ties sales to the GST report and matches every payout to your bank.

  3. You get the report

The full workbook every month, with a short summary of what needs action: short payments, pending orders and unexplained debits.

  4. Claims, books and returns follow

Claims are raised and tracked, entries are posted to your books, and GST and TDS credits are claimed in your returns.

Who it's for

Built for India's online sellers

Fashion, textile and ethnic-wear brands sell on several marketplaces at once, often with high return rates and thin margins. Every portal reports differently, and reconciling them by hand each month takes time most teams don't have.

Our head office is in Vesu, Surat, with offices in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. We work with sellers across India online.

Who it's for

  • Fashion, ethnic-wear and saree brands
  • D2C brands selling on several marketplaces
  • Brands on quick commerce: Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
  • Manufacturers and wholesalers starting to sell online
  • Sellers with high return or RTO rates
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which marketplaces do you cover?

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. If you sell on another platform, ask us; the same approach usually applies.

What does the report include?

One Excel workbook per marketplace: an overview with the reconciliation waterfall, a monthly P&L from gross sales to bank realisation, returns and RTO, an SKU summary, sales tied to the GST report, non-order settlements, a date-wise bank match and every order listed with a remark. The sample above shows the layout.

What do I need to share?

The settlement (payment), order, return and GST reports from each seller panel, and your bank statement. We will tell you exactly which reports to download from each marketplace.

How often should reconciliation be done?

Monthly works for most sellers, so issues are found while the marketplace's claim window is still open. Past periods can be reconciled too.

Do you also keep our books and handle GST and income tax?

Yes. Accounting, GST returns, GST TCS credits, income-tax TDS credits and your income-tax return can be handled together with the reconciliation, so your books, returns and reports agree.

Do I need to be in Surat?

No. Our head office is in Surat and we have offices in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, but the work can be done fully online for sellers anywhere in India.
